What to know about this route

The Belize Tourism Board currently lists a minimum age of 40. Applicants must meet its foreign retirement-income and Belize deposit requirements, pass security clearance and spend 30 consecutive days in Belize each year. Confirm the required income amount and currency directly with BTB. Spouses and children under 18 may qualify as dependents, subject to the program rules and nationality restrictions. QRP cards require annual renewal. This program is separate from ordinary permanent residence.
