What to know about this route
Qualifying skilled CARICOM nationals can use a Skills Certificate with verification for work-permit exemption and residence. Family documentation supports accompanying dependents. Eligible groups include graduates, artists, musicians, media and sports professionals, teachers, nurses, and certain vocationally qualified workers. Immigration also publishes a distinct Full Free Movement arrangement effective 1 October 2025 covering Belize, Barbados, Dominica, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. Nationals receive the relevant entry stamp and should register with Social Security.
